Create momentum for success by linking to a visible action plan, timetable and reviews;
And ultimately, get your Sales Readiness and/or Bid
Capability to great.
The Get to Great
methodology
Our proven, interactive Get to Great® methodology centres around two independent but complementary best practice assessment tools – Sales Readiness [View More] and Bid Capability [View More] – which we have developed after working with businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industry sectors.
Expert facilitators, led by Chris Whyatt, use our benchmarking self-assessment tools to help your nominated team analyse, identify and score the issues and challenges that drive the development of your business. We then work closely with your team to define the direct, practical actions that will deliver success and ensure commitment across your company to make these changes happen.
The first part of the Get to Great® session focuses on facilitated self-assessment and benchmarking by your team, creating a consolidated agreed appraisal of where your business is now, the gaps and priorities, and your team’s aspirations.
In the second part of the session, we help your team identify and agree your key priorities before constructing an action plan that addresses issues, actions, owners and timescales: everything you need to take your business forward to deliver great performance.
The initial session can be delivered as an entirely self-contained programme, as your team takes the action plan to implement.We can of course assist further with a comprehensive suite of programmes and tools that can help you integrate the Get to Great® outcomes into your business.
